Regional Sales Director (North America)

Work Place: USA,China(Shenzhen)

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead sales team to develop overseas markets, to achieve sales target;

2. Summarize and analyses intl. market trends, to formulate marketing plans and sales plans;

3. Organize marketing promotion to increase the market share;

4. Deeply explore customer needs to expand business cooperation, maintain good & long-term cooperation with customers; 

5. Daily management of sales team, including team building、training、supervising、achieving and cost reducing;

6. Prepare、participate and follow-up of international exhibitions.

Comprehensive Annual Income: Salary plus Commission

Regional Sales Director (Europe)

Work Place: France, Germany, UK

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead sales team to develop overseas markets, to achieve sales target;

2. Summarize and analyses intl. market trends, to formulate marketing plans and sales plans;

3. Organize marketing promotion to increase the market share;

4. Deeply explore customer needs to expand business cooperation, maintain good & long-term cooperation with customers;

Comprehensive Annual Income:Salary plus Commission

Regional Sales Manager(USA, Europe)

Responsibilities:

1. Promote overseas markets via social medial to find new customers;

2. Plan and implement sales activities within regional to achieve sales targets;

3. Independently communicate and negotiate with customers to establish and maintain long-term friendly cooperation;

4. Provide part of technical support to customers if necessary;

5. Support of new product brochure and website building;

6. Attend intl. shows and follow up with potential customers.

Comprehensive Annual Income:Salary plus Commission

Structural Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design structural schemes、structure and appearance of new products;

2. Complete drawing to open mold of structural parts after review of the design scheme;

3. Test and verify new products, analyze structural problems and provide solutions;

4. Improvement and optimization of product structure design;

5. Compile and check product‘s BOM, support cost accounting and cost reducing;

6. Other work assigned by leader.

Hardware Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design hardware, schematic, multi-layer PCB, calculate key parameters and select key components;

2. Develop PCB layout, analyze and confirm technical feasibility of related functions;

3. Develop hardware testing scenario, responsible for hardware testing;

4. Verify and optimize product performance, provide improvement measures;

5. Familiar with various certification requirements related to LED display;

6. Support production、quality control、patent application and other work if necessary;

7. Compile technical documents like manuals, schematic diagrams etc.

Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for PC software architecture and module design;

2. Complete the coding of software system and modules with hardware & FPGA engineers;

3. Test software system and modules, continuously optimization on operation interface and software function;

4. Complete software system and module testing, track, analyze & solve software problems;

5. Support production、quality control and patent application, provide training & after-sales service if necessary;

6. Compile technical documents like manuals, schematic diagrams etc.

Electronic Development Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Selection of new design scheme and electronic components;

2. Put forward optimization on design scheme of new products;

3. Complete schematic diagram and PCB design, test and verify prototypes;

4. Conduct comprehensive test on new products, evaluate test data & solve hardware problems;

5. Test on samples and small-batch production, optimize & improve design if necessary;

6. Test on product EMC and make rectifications;

7. Compile complete & correct product‘s BOM & technical documents;

8. Follow up production abnormalities & provide solutions;

9. Patent application and other work assigned by leader.
